Houston Weddings
Place the most important details in our capable hands so you can spend your time enjoying your special day. We offer a team Houston’s best professional wedding planners to coordinate every aspect of your special day, from choosing the ideal wedding reception site to arranging special activities in the Houston area for out-of-town guests.  To make your planning easier, we have compiled a list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day.  Other questions are answered in the FAQ section. Houston Wedding Details
Seating arrangements and room set-up – Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
Dance floor and risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.

Ceremony Room – We can create a ceremony room in round or chapel style, if needed. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your needs.

Order of Events – From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.

Audio-visual equipment – Our on-site audio-visual experts, SWANK Audio-Visual, can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
Parking - Valet parking and is offered for your wedding guests. The bride and groom often cover parking charges for guests.

Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Hyatt Regency Houston. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5:00p.m. Every 8,000 points earned allows one overnight stay to be used at a later date.


Pricing - All food and beverage charges listed with the Wedding Package are inclusive of tax and service charges. A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required with the signed contract. Final balance is due seven business days prior to your wedding. Menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed.

Guarantee - A final number of guests is required seven business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
